MEMBERSHIP (KRA #1)
We recruit, evaluate, appoint and retain Full and Nominee Members, add Observers, and seek and appoint Sponsors.
MEMBER SERVICES (KRA #2)
We work with Members to provide them with a range of services that can only be or are better provided by WAVO.
SERVICES TO TRANSITIONAL AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES (KRA #3)
We help to build the valuation capacity of developing countries and countries in transition and, in partnership with others, help provide appropriate real property infrastructure.
PROFESSIONALISATION (KRA #4)
We work with Members to develop the standards and common requirements for an international valuation profession, facilitate harmonisation, and improve the portability of professional designations.
RELATIONSHIPS( KRA #5)
We enter actively into mutually beneficial strategic partnerships, alliances and networking relationships with other appropriate organisations.
PUBLIC ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION (KRA #6)
Through which we represent our Members and the international valuation community more generally in advancing the understanding and acceptance of property valuation as a profession and of the services our Members offer.
WAVO CORPORATE AFFAIRS ( KRA #7)
We manage our own internal affairs effectively, efficiently and economically, giving full value for the resources we use and working sensitively and with integrity in our human relationships.
