{"id":11421,"date":"2020-11-23T07:18:48","date_gmt":"2020-11-23T07:18:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/?page_id=11421"},"modified":"2020-11-23T07:38:11","modified_gmt":"2020-11-23T07:38:11","slug":"mission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.wavoglobal.org\/?page_id=11421","title":{"rendered":"mission"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Our Mission<\/h3>\n<p>To develop and enhance the valuation and related professions, and to ensure the provision of services of consistently high quality and uniformity in the public interest.<\/p>\n<p>WAVO will carry out its mission by promoting best practices, supporting robust and consistent standards, encouraging higher education, and facilitating lifelong learning among its Members and their members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Strategic Goals<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission1\/\">MEMBERSHIP (KRA #1)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nWe recruit, evaluate, appoint and retain Full and Nominee Members, add Observers, and seek and appoint Sponsors.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission2\/\">MEMBER SERVICES (KRA #2)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nWe work with Members to provide them with a range of services that can only be or are better provided by WAVO.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission3\/\">SERVICES TO TRANSITIONAL AND DEVELOPING COUNTRIES (KRA #3)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nWe help to build the valuation capacity of developing countries and countries in transition and, in partnership with others, help provide appropriate real property infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission4\/\">PROFESSIONALISATION (KRA #4)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nWe work with Members to develop the standards and common requirements for an international valuation profession, facilitate harmonisation, and improve the portability of professional designations.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission5\/\">RELATIONSHIPS( KRA #5)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nWe enter actively into mutually beneficial strategic partnerships, alliances and networking relationships with other appropriate organisations.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission6\/\">PUBLIC ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION (KRA #6)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nThrough which we represent our Members and the international valuation community more generally in advancing the understanding and acceptance of property valuation as a profession and of the services our Members offer.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style5\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.wavoglobal.org\/mission\/mission7\/\">WAVO CORPORATE AFFAIRS ( KRA #7)<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nWe manage our own internal affairs effectively, efficiently and economically, giving full value for the resources we use and working sensitively and with integrity in our human relationships.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Mission To develop and enhance the valuation and related professions, and to ensure the provision of services of consistently high quality and uniformity in the public interest.
