WAVO has established a website for the promulgation of valuation and related counseling information. As part of the move to encourage greater cooperation and a minimum standard of tertiary education for property professionals worldwide, a Memorandum of Understanding for Recognition of Designations was signed by 4 WAVO members, namely, API, AIC, PINZ & SISV. To encourage dialogues and communication between members, an international valuation and related counseling conference, was held. The first congress held in Singapore in 2006, the second in Beijing, China in 2007, the third in Bucharest, Romania in 2008, the fourth was held in Guilin, Guangxi, China in 2009 and the fifth was held in 2010 in Singapore.<\/p>\n
